Our promise

A 5-day refund window — after you've tried it.

Our refund window opens on Day 7 after your purchase and closes on Day 12. That's a five-day window — on purpose. We want you to actually run the plan before deciding it didn't work.

The window, plainly

You can request a refund no earlier than 7 days and no later than 12 days after your purchase date. Inside that window, the process is simple: email us, full refund, no questions asked.

Outside that window — before Day 7, or after Day 12 — all sales are final.

Why the 7-day delay

The guide you're buying is a 7-day plan. We don't want anyone refunding it after a quick skim on Day 2 — and we don't want anyone refunding it because Day 3 was rough (Day 3 is supposed to be rough; we literally call it "The Worst Day (Probably)" in the guide). The 7-day delay means you've completed the plan before deciding whether it was worth the money.

Between Day 7 and Day 12, you have a full five days to email us. That's the deal.

How to request a refund

Email hello@softresetbooks.com from the address you used at checkout, between Day 7 and Day 12 of your purchase. That's the whole process.

When you'll see the money back

We process eligible refund requests within 1–2 business days. Once issued, your bank or card provider typically takes 5–10 business days to put the funds back on your original payment method. The exact timing is on their side, not ours.

What's eligible

The 7-Day Toddler Screen Reset PDF — purchased directly through this site or our Lemon Squeezy checkout — is eligible for a full refund only within the Day 7 to Day 12 window. Requests submitted before Day 7 will be held and processed when the window opens; requests submitted after Day 12 cannot be honored.

If you bought a future Soft Reset product through a third-party retailer (Amazon, a partner site, a course platform), please request your refund from them, since they handle the transaction. We're happy to help if their process is unclear.

Chargebacks & disputes

Please email us first before disputing a charge with your bank. Refund requests sent to hello@softresetbooks.com within the eligible window are almost always faster and easier than a chargeback, which can take weeks and may be declined by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf.

Questions before you buy

If you're not sure whether this is right for your kid, email us before purchasing — we'd much rather answer your question than turn down a refund request. Our FAQ covers most common questions, and we read everything that comes into the inbox.
